Terms and conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026. The Italian version prevails.

The service

ReadyToPlay is a free service, provided by Lorenzo Verardo, to organise with your groups when to play and what: apps for iPhone and Android, a Discord Activity and the website readytoplay.pages.dev. By using it you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

ReadyToPlay is under development: some features may change, be tried by only some users, or be removed.

Account

Groups

Whoever creates a group owns it: they decide who to invite and who is an admin, and can delete the group. Owners and admins can remove members. Invite links give access to the group to anyone who receives them: share them only with people you really want in the group.

Conduct

Use ReadyToPlay respectfully. In particular you may not:

If these terms are not respected we may remove content and suspend or close the account.

Your content

What you add (nickname, photo, groups, messages, ideas and bug reports) stays yours. You only give us permission to store it and show it to the people it is meant for, as described in the privacy notice, to run the service. We may freely use the ideas you propose on the board to improve ReadyToPlay.

Third-party services

ReadyToPlay relies on other services (Apple, Google, Discord, Steam, IGDB) and shows names and covers of games that belong to their respective owners. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. ReadyToPlay is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Valve, Apple, Google or game publishers.

Liability

We do our best to keep ReadyToPlay working well, but it is offered free of charge "as is": there may be interruptions, errors, or notifications that arrive late or not at all. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. This does not affect the rights the law grants to consumers or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms: the date at the top shows the latest version and we point out important changes in the app. We may also discontinue the service, giving you notice in advance where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, disputes are heard by the courts of the place where you live.
